Symptom narrative

Patient reports that the day after the vaccine was administered, he began to uncontrollably shake. Patient described the shaking as violent and full body prompting him to go to the ER. Patient stated that shortly after arriving to the ER he was provided "fluids and antibiotics" and the shaking stopped. The patient reports that the hospital elected to keep him for a total of 4 days due to other concerns. He has not had any more symptom since initially arriving at the ER.
