Symptom narrative

Patient requested PPD plant for work. Was administered with Polio 0.1 mL in error. Discussed with Dr. Immunization ok to receive at this age and may serve as a booster. Upon review, IPV is safe to be administered intradermally. Patients may obtain booster. Only received 0.1 mL vs 0.5 mL which may serve as a therapeutic dose. Call to patient and advised of error. Advised immunization is safe via given route. She reports no immediate reaction. Stated understanding. Patient scheduled for administration of PPD.
