Symptom narrative

The patient became dizzy and his blood pressure dropped after receiving the first dose of Engrerix B 20mcg. His blood pressure was taken twice: 85/52 and 87/53. We gave him an ice pack, he lay down with his legs elevated, we got him water, and his mother brought him a chocolate bar because he hadn't had breakfast or lunch. After 20 minutes, his color improved, he felt well, and he left. N/A
