Symptom narrative

Patient received Anthrax vaccine dose #2 on 4/28/2025. Immediately after the vaccine he began feeling stinging and itching sensations on his body, however he did not report this to the Immunization staff and left the clinic. Within and hour he reported for medical evaluation after developing diffuse hives on his torso and arms, with severe itching and stinging.
