Symptom narrative

no additional AEs; PROQUAD administered after temperature excursion; This spontaneous report was received from a registered nurses and refers to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 28-Apr-2025, the patient was vaccinated with Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella (Oka-Merck) Virus Vaccine Live (PROQUAD) (lot #Z002989, expiration date: 14-Jul-2026), 0.5 mL administered by subcutaneous route for prophylaxis by a health professional (strength was not reported). The vaccine was reconstituted with sterile diluent (MERCK STERILE DILUENT) (lot # and expiration date not provided). The vaccine was administered after temperature excursion at 4.6 C for 137 hours (Product storage error). There was no previous temperature excursion. No additional adverse event was reported.
