Symptom narrative

Patient called 2 days after vaccine complaining of pain and stiffness in the shoulder/neck area of the right arm (opposite from injection site). Says pain relieved with rest, OTC APAP. No other symptoms reported. Said has gotten better since awakening. Advised to continue rest/OTC therapy and seek further care if symptoms worsen or do not get better over the next few days.
