Symptom narrative

Severe debilitating headaches for about 5 weeks, woke at 2:30am and 2:30pm with extreme headaches, extreme fatigue (slept 16-18 hours a day) lasting 10 days. Antihistamines. Migraine medication. CT scan to rule out brain bleed. Benadryl, Reglan. Allegra and Ibuprofen.

Head CT - negative for brain bleed. COVID test - negative. Blood work but patient unable to recall what was tested.
