No adverse event, patient was given incorrect vaccine, Vaxellis, instead of Meningitis. Spoke to Doctors about if any risks. Patients parent was contacted and informed. Asked to watch out if patient was having any reaction. Patients parent said no, and they are coming in to get the correct shot
