Symptom narrative

Patient vasovagal upon receiving inactivated polio.. Symptoms included decrease in heart rate and blood pressure as well as feeling the need to vomit. Pt was given ice pack to place on back of neck and laid supine to be given ammonia to smell. Vitals were taken and doctor observed and made to wait 15 minutes before rechecking for vitals again.
