Symptom narrative

Around 50 minutes after getting vaccines stomach started feeling uncomfortable, continued through the night with feeling of "brick in stomach" increased bowel movements and attempts of emesis with dry heaving, dyspnea with "chest having heavy feeling and gasping for breaths", "Headache with facial pressure" "Felt heart beating in throat". Difficulty moving left arm d/t pain. Feeling felt a little better this morning, then at school had similar feelings of difficulty taking deep breath, dyspnea.

Resp/Throat Panel. Strep PCR, FLU A/B, Rhino/Enterovirus, RSV all negative. Vital signs stable .
