HCP reported that the patient has not received her third dose of the GARDASIL vaccine and has not completed her vaccination series.; No additional AE; This spontaneous report was received from a nurse and refers to a female patient of unknown age. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. In 2021, the patient received the first two doses of Quadrivalent Human Papillomavirus (Types 6, 11, 16, 18) Recombinant Vaccine (GARDASIL) (dose, route, strength, lot # and expiration date were not reported) for prophylaxis. The patient has not received her third dose of the Quadrivalent Human Papillomavirus (Types 6, 11, 16, 18) Recombinant Vaccine (GARDASIL) vaccine and has not completed her vaccination series (Inappropriate schedule of product administered). No additional adverse event was reported. Lot# is being requested and will be submitted if received.
