No PQC.; This spontaneous report has been received from a nurse regarding a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions, and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 13-MAY-2025, the patient was vaccinated with an expired dose of Haemophilus b Conjugate Vaccine (Meningococcal Protein Conjugate) (LIQUID PEDVAX HIB) administered as the first dose for prophylaxis (lot number reported as W028532, which has been verified as valid, expiration date reported and validated as 09-MAY-2025) (strength, dose, route of administration, and anatomical site of injection were not reported) (Expired product administered).
