Symptom narrative

Rash with raised red bumps on both arms. Patient called the pharmacy and explained her reaction to me. I advised she take Diphenhydramine orally and apply Hydrocortisone 1% cream topically. I called her the next morning and she said her rash was just about completely resolved.

Immune Thrombocytopenic Purpura, Asthma, GERD, Migraine, Depression
