Symptom narrative

Client reports that 4 hours after taking dose 1 he experienced SOB that felt like "my lungs were being folded" and some nausea. Client called requesting for advice on the following day. At time of call, symptoms had resolved and client was instructed to discontinue this medication. Client was instructed to seek emergency medical care if he experienced further symptoms of allergic reaction.
