Symptom narrative

Dead arm/weakness, immobile arm of injection, persistent pain, reduced range of motion, inflammation, impairment to quality of life. I went back to the doctor's office who gave the injection a month later (11/14/2022), they referred me to Physical Therapy. I did physical therapy on my arm/ shoulder from 11/17/2022-1/23/2023. I felt some relief after physical therapy with the occasional discomfort, pain and immobility. over the last two months 3/2025-5/2025 I have had severe immobility, and reduced range of motion effecting my daily activities and causing severe pain. On 5/15/2025 I went to an orthopedic doctor and they diagnosed me with SIRVA and suggested a cortisone shot. They administered the shot on 5/15/2025.
