No additional AE; the 12 month old patient was administered MMR II on 1/20/2025 (1st dose) and on 2/3/2025 the 12 month old patient was administered VARIVAX (1st dose).; This spontaneous report was received from a nurse and refers to a 12-month-old patient of unknown gender. The patient's medical history, concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 20-Jan-2025, the patient was vaccinated with Measles, Mumps, and Rubella (Wistar RA 27-3) Virus Vaccine, Live (M-M-R II), dose number 1, then, on 03-Feb-2025, the patient was vaccinated with Varicella Virus Vaccine Live (Oka-Merck) (VARIVAX), dose number 1, both as prophylaxis, the vaccines were reconstituted with sterile diluent (dose, route of administration lot # and expiration date were not reported) (Inappropriate schedule of product administration).
