Site: Itching at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Itch (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Rash (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Medium, Additional Details: patient was diagnosed by prescriber as cellulitis. the injection site is red and swollen. patient is in a course of antibiotics and is unresponsive. she recieved a antibiotic shot today and might have to visit md again for another shot. she was also recommened to take alletgy medication otc.
