Systemic: Allergic: Itch (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Itch Generalized-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Rash (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Rash Generalized-Medium, Additional Details: pt received vaccine at 10 am and called the pharmacy back at 3 pm and said he was experiencing itchiness from the waste up and was red in the face and neck but no swelling. Pt had already left so told him to take benadryl and to go to urgent care or ER if it got any worse. Called the next day on 4/30 to follow up and left a message but have not heard back to see if pt actually ended up going to get extra help
