Symptom narrative

Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Severe, Systemic: Seizure like symptoms-Severe, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Severe, Systemic: Hypotension-Severe, Systemic: Shakiness-Medium, Additional Details: Patient fainted twice in seated position and seemed to have seizure like activity in eyes, mouth, and hands. 911 responded and took all vitals, pt had regained consciousness and signed waiver with EMTs to leave on own accord with spouse.
