Site: Bruising at Injection Site-Mild, Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Mild, Systemic: Flushed / Sweating-Mild, Systemic: Headache-Medium, Systemic: Visual Changes/Disturbances-Severe, Additional Details: patient experienced impaired vision and hearing 10 minutes after immunization was provided. patient was asked to remain seated for 15 minutes. patient still complained he could not see or hear. rescue was called,mother verbally consented, to call rescue. rescue assessed vitals they were in normal range. patient vision and hearing was restored.
