Site: Pain at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Redness at Injection Site-Medium, Systemic: Allergic: Difficulty Breathing-Mild, Systemic: Allergic: Rash (specify: facial area, extremeties)-Medium, Systemic: Chest Tightness / Heaviness / Pain-Mild, Additional Details: rash went from injection site to elbow. noticed the rash tues am, down to elbow. when she came in on 5/7/25 at 11am she stated rash has receded a little. monday night slight wheezing/chest pain/shortness of breath.
