Site: Pain at Injection Site-Severe, Systemic: Joint Pain-Severe, Additional Details: Pt reports severe shoulder joint pain and reduced range of motion. Still being treated and undergoing testing by medical team. Video review shows immunizer was standing without crouching and given IM instead of SC as indicated
