Site: Bruising at Injection Site-Medium, Site: Pain at Injection Site-Severe, Site: Swelling at Injection Site-Medium, Additional Details: Patient received three vaccines in an arm and reported that it swelled and became painful. She expressed the pain started in arm and radiated to other side of her body.
