Symptom narrative

Pt noted reaction started about an hour after initial injection. Experiencing swelling of injection site, painful, itching, and injection site hot to touch. Sxs started 5/9 and completely resolved on 5/13. Pt used cortizone cream for the itching.

Hypothyroidism, HTN, hypercalcemia, HLD
