Symptom narrative

5/9/25 - HA, tiredness, fever, soreness. Rash presented on 5/14/25. Hurt pt to move her neck to look down but that has gotten better throughout the day today.

Lab data

Mother took child to doctor for evaluation today and reported above symptoms to doctor. Mother said WBCs were low and the doctor instructed her to watch child and if symptoms do not get better or they get worse, to go to the ER.
