Symptom narrative

Right after administering the vaccine in the right deltiod , I noticed some bright redness form at the site of the injection. I asked that patient wait around in office for 15mins to make sure no other reactions form. Pt waiting in the room for 20mins and when I went back to examine the arm, the redness had resolved. I discharged the patient at the time. After returning home, patient developed a pruritic rash on biceps bilaterally. After benadryl, that rash subsided.
