Symptom narrative

Patient came to the pharmacy on 05/16/25, states they recieved a Shingrix vaccine on 05/13/25. Patient states, the next day they had a burning sensation on their left arm, skin hot to the touch, patient states it is itchy, and site of injection has a rash is increasing. Informed patient to seek medical attention and to inform primary provider.
