Symptom narrative

Patient called pharmacy reporting that her arm was red and swelling. Eventually, patient went to the ER where she was provided with an Rx sent to my pharmacy for cephalexin 500 mg (1 QID for 7 days). It appears patient was being treated for cellulitis.
