Symptom narrative

Patient was describing shoulder joint pain around 24 hours after receiving dose 1. She stated that the pain has not subsided in seven days. The patient has not used any over the counter medications to help with the pain. The patient also stated that it didn't seem like the vaccine was given too high based on the bandage placement.
