Symptom narrative

Patient called 5.17.25 and stated that they got the Capvaxive vaccine 5.10.25 and by 5.13.25 the patient said her arm started swelling and itching - patient states it is still swollen and itching as of today - patient has only tried rubbing alcohol on the spot, but will try some itching cream, benadryl, and a cold compress. I told patient that if it got worse, spread, or did not resolve to go visit PCP for follow-up
