Symptom narrative

Patient called the pharmacy on 5/16/25 worried that her arm was infected. She complained of warmth at the injection site, a hard lump, and pink color. I asked if she had tried ice or Tylenol and she had not. She stated that she had never had a reaction before. I suggested she call her primary care if it got worse and asked her to call us and follow up if anything changed. I did not hear back from her.
