Symptom narrative

Approximately 3-5 days after my second Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine my Atrial Fibrilation became uncontrollable with medication.

Approximately 02/2022 I had a heart pacemaker surgically implanted. In approximately 07/2022, I had a Heart Ablation performed by Dr. of (redacted) Associates of (redacted state). In 02/2025 Dr. (redacted) Associates of (redacted state). Performed another Heart Abation procedure. In 06/2025 I'm scheduled for a procedure to get my heart back into Sinus Rythum. If this procedure (Pacemaker reset is unsuccessful), Dr. is going to schedule me for a Cordioversion procedure.
