Symptom narrative

Systemic: Dizziness / Lightheadness-Medium, Systemic: Fainting / Unresponsive-Severe, Systemic: Nausea-Medium, Additional Details: Patient recieved a HepB shot and lost conciousness about a minute after receiving the vaccination. Patient was caught by vaccinator and regained concisiosness in about 30 seconds. We immediately called 911. Patient did not appear to hit her head when falling. She did seem to jerk slightly while passed out. EMTs arrived and our assessing patient.
