Symptom narrative

Per the patient. Felt weak, tired and had a headache in the late afternoon after getting the vaccine. Then the next day has barely any memory of the entire day, apparently went to a remote location (that she owns) and forgot her husband wasn't with her and sent out a family search party for him even though he was at home the whole time. Patient does state that she feels perfectly fine now.
