Symptom narrative

Autistic patient who did not handle vaccinations well, once needle was inserted into skin, he pulled away and the needle came out and scratched his skin. Mother of patient wanted to continue 2nd vaccine, same incident happened again and mom demanded injection be given the rest of the way, CMA then administered the 2nd vaccine but did not change needle. No adverse effects noted other than injection site scratch.
