Symptom narrative

Patient was given Menveo instead of MMR. The Menveo in stock was the one vial preparation which is not indicated for children under 10 years. This vaccine was also given incorrectly given outside of the schedule. Mother was contacted and informed of the situation, local health department was also contacted for recommendation's and mom was advised off these as well. to date, we are not aware of any adverse reactions to the vaccine given.
