No additional AE reported.; patient was administered GARDASIL9 during a temperature excursion.; This spontaneous report was received from an office manager and refers to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 23-Apr-2025, the patient was vaccinated with an improperly storage dose of Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant (GARDASIL 9) (lot #Y012508, expiration date: 01-Jan-2027) for prophylaxis. No additional adverse event was reported.
