Symptom narrative

The patient developed a rash on May 19th below the right deltoid, partially on the bicep. It was a diffuse red area marked by inflammation and slightly raised margins. It was approximately 2 inches in diameter. It looked like a localized Arthus reaction. Patient showed me the area on the 20th, and said it had slightly improved with time. He took 1 dose of Tylenol only. He reported the condition had improved within 24 hours.
