no adverse event; inadvertently administered a dose of expired VAQTA on 05/14/2025; This spontaneous report was received from a Registered Nurse on 15-MAY-2025 and refers to a patient of unknown age and gender. The patient's medical history concurrent conditions and concomitant therapies were not reported. On 14-MAY-2025, the patient was vaccinated with and expired dose of Hepatitis A Vaccine, Inactivated (VAQTA), (lot #X024966, expiration date: 23-MAR-2025) (dose number, anatomical location and route of administration were not mentioned) for prophylaxis, Caller confirmed the product had no history of temperature excursion. No additional adverse event reported.
