Symptom narrative

patient who got his first Shingrix vaccine 7 months ago; This non-serious case was reported by a physician via call center representative and described the occurrence of incomplete course of vaccination in a male patient who received Herpes zoster (Shingrix) for prophylaxis. Previously administered products included Shingrix (who got his first Shingrix vaccine 7 months ago). On an unknown date, the patient did not receive the 2nd dose of Shingrix. On an unknown date, an unknown time after receiving Shingrix, the patient experienced incomplete course of vaccination (Verbatim: patient who got his first Shingrix vaccine 7 months ago). The outcome of the incomplete course of vaccination was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date : 15-MAY-2025 Till the time of reporting the patient did not receive the second dose of Shingrix, which led to incomplete course of vaccination.
