Symptom narrative

Vaccine (Daptacel) was administered in the left deltoid using aseptic technique on Tuesday (05/20/25) at approximately 9:00am will no adverse reaction noted at that time. At approximately 9:00pm that evening dad reports noticing the vaccine site turn red, swell and feeling warm to the touch - dad states, it stayed like that since then with no changes.
