Symptom narrative

patient developed full body hives following vaccination, around 20-24 hours later. also had fever on the same day as the vaccine that started around 12 hours after vaccination. no signs or symptoms of anaphylaxis reported by parents, seen in the ED and PCP office without any other symptoms beyond skin findings.
