Notified pt that her 3rd HPV given was too soon and she will need to get another vaccine on 5/25/2024 or later. Pt states she is feeling fine, has a sore arm where vaccine was placed. Pt states that is the same way she felt after her previous HPV vaccines. Pt voices understanding she needs to get another dose of HPV on 5/25/24 or later.
