No side effects/symptoms reported; HCP called to report a patient received pediatric VAQTA that expired on 5/17/2025 and was administered on 5/19/2025.; This spontaneous report was received from a medical assistant and refers to a 12-month-old female patient. The patient's medical history was not reported. The patient's concurrent conditions were not reported. Concomitant therapies were not reported. On 19-May-2025, the patient was vaccinated with pediatric Hepatitis A Vaccine, Inactivated (VAQTA), (expiration date: 17-May-2025) (dose, strength, route, lot # were not reported) for prophylaxis (expired product administered). Expired Hepatitis A Vaccine, Inactivated (VAQTA) dose was supported by post expiry memo. No side effects/symptoms reported (no adverse event).
