Symptom narrative

Have gone to ER for shooting muscle pains. Feel like I've aged 10 years in 4 since the vax. Fatigue and lack of energy namely. Stamina loss and Heart arrythmia. Immune system has severely decreased. I had a persistent chest pain for 3 months that would flare up at different times that only subsided after months of max supplementing potassium in my diet. I have changed all the variables of my lifestyle in favor of my health and yet my immune system is worse than it was when I was treating it like crap pre-vaccine. Pain continues at random points in legs, exact location varies as well. Ultrasound on right leg was negative.

Medical history

None before hand. I've had heart issues, frequent and persistent illnesses since vaccination. Several ER trips, many doctors visits but no definitive answers.

Lab data

My tests look routine. EKGs maybe had minor heart arrythmia but nothing major. High blood pressure when I've gone in with shooting pains in my calf. Ddimers have been within range. CBC thresholds within range so far. TSH slightly elevated. I want to be abundantly clear, this is not one specific adverse event, though I could reference numerous doctors or ER visits if that is necessary. This is an undiagnosed issue that I know my body is dealing with since I took the vaccine. I have not run extensive enough testing to be able to diagnose any heart issue that wouldnt be evident on an ekg, that is all that they gave me in the hospital.
