Patient ended up with a rash on left shoulder cap; above injection site

Patient was seen in ER and was kept for observation for acute chest pain and dx with new onset CAD.

Hyperlipidemia, GERD, Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D deficiency

ASA, Estradiol, Multi vitamin, Propranolol, Rosuvastatin
