Symptom narrative

Developed left side lower chest wall pain on 22MAY that woke him up. Received southern hemisphere flu and JE-VC vaccines on 19MAY and had reported fever, chills and body aches since. Went to ER and had labs, EKG and chest Xray which were unremarkable. He was given Toradol injection and Lidocaine patch.
