Symptom narrative

Patient received the meningococcal B vaccine instead of hepatitis B. When the RN got a hold of the patient the next morning, she stated that she had no side effects from it and felt well. Her PCP felt that she was low risk for any complications with breastfeeding, so she advised for her to continue breastfeeding. Patient was notified of this and that she received the wrong vaccine.
