Expired vaccine used; This non-serious case was reported by a other health professional via call center representative and described the occurrence of expired vaccine used in a 17-year-old female patient who received HBV (Engerix B) (batch number 92DJ3) for prophylaxis. On 22-MAY-2025, the patient received Engerix B (intramuscular) .5 ml. On 22-MAY-2025, an unknown time after receiving Engerix B, the patient experienced expired vaccine used (Verbatim: Expired vaccine used). The outcome of the expired vaccine used was not applicable. Additional Information: GSK Receipt Date: 22-MAY-2025 The medical assistant reported that she gave a dose of Engerix-B on the day of reporting which was expired on 03rd May 2025 which led to expired vaccine used.
