Patient sent mychart message " I have been ill for 2 days with severe headache, pains and difficulty getting up. I had a fever of over 102 and nausea. It?s the 23rd of May and I?m still sweating through my shirts."

Medical history

COPD, mild persistent asthma w/o complication, mixed HLD, HTN, kidney stones, colon polyps, dysthymia, GAD, RX opiate use, osteopenia of multiple sites, lumbosacral radiculopathy at L5, migraine w/o aura and w/o status migrainosus - not intractable, chronic RX benzodiazepine use, h/o smoking
